Another sibling from the K litter of Al Zahra has been awarded the BEST OF BREED title!
In just nine months of their show careers and at such a young age, six siblings have won the prestigious "Best of Breed" title a total of 18 times!
At IDS Klatovy, Khalid, at only 18 months old, won the open class out of four males, where he was the youngest, and secured his first CACIB and BOB out of 22 Salukis!
His brother Khair-Al-Din won the intermediate class and became a new Czech Junior Champion!
Jawad won the champion class, also competing against four males, earning CAC and res. CACIB.
It was amazing to see that all three class winners who advanced for CACIB were from Al Zahra kennel!
They were joined by their sister Kadriya, who was also awarded a CAC title.

It is truly incredible how history repeats itself in such detail. In 2018, on both days in Donaueschingen, Hunter and Harmony Al Zahra won their junior classes. This year, six years later, history repeated itself as Kamayel and Kadriya Al Zahra, the children of Harmony, won their junior classes. Kamayel was awarded Junior Best of Breed by the judge and advanced to the finals, where he achieved Best in Show Junior II. The Al Zahra Breeder’s Group won 1st place in the breeder's groups for the second day in a row. History repeated itself to the very last detail, as during our last participation in this show six years ago, Al Zahra Kennel also won Best in Show Breeder’s Group on both days. 😊

After a five-year break, the world-famous Sighthound Festival Donaueschingen was held once again, celebrating its 30th anniversary.
This festival is considered one of the most prestigious sighthound shows, a dream event for all sighthound enthusiasts—whether as exhibitors or spectators. This year’s participation of exhibitors and vendors proved the event's global reputation, with a record-breaking 1,871 entered sighthounds. The Saluki breed alone was represented by 150 dogs!
Among the spectators, exhibitors, and judges, people from all over the world could be seen. For Salukis, the most distant participants came from Australia, Japan, Paraguay, and Brazil.
Kamayel Al Zahra, competing in the junior class, followed in the footsteps of his mother, Harmony Al Zahra, and uncle, Hunter Al Zahra, from 2018, as well as his grandmother, Durrah Al Zahra, from 2013. He became the winner of the junior class, triumphing over 15 entered junior males!
Another déjà vu moment came when the Al Zahra Breeder’s Group once again won Best Breeder’s Group, just like in 2018!

The dream I've had since "Fialka" JBIS, C.I.B.-J, CZ SK HU SI JCh. Kamayel Al Zahra, was born has now become a reality. Kamayel Al Zahra has won the title of Junior World Winner 2024 !!!
And what more, later he became the Junior BEST OF BREED a Junior BEST IN GROUP II !!!
⭐️The family tradition continues...
His mother, Harmony Al Zahra, was the World Junior Winner 2018. His father's sister, Gloria Al Zahra, was the World Winner 2021.
His grandmother, Carissa Al Zahra, was the World Veteran Winner 2020.
This year marks 15 years since the Al Zahra kennel produced its first litter! It's even more beautiful to celebrate this anniversary with such a success.
WDS 2024 Zagreb, with 114 Salukis entered, judged by Arne Foss from Norway, JBIG was judged by Gerald Jipping from Neatherlands.

TOP SHOW SALUKI 2023
Last year was a bit quieter for us in terms of exhibitions, but it turned out to be an extraordinary chapter full of remarkable achievements that will undoubtedly remain in our memory. It started with the arrival of the amazing litter "K" at the end of February 2023 and among them was Kamayel Al Zahra. The mutual bond and mutual desire to stay together led to the decision that we were destined and must stay. ❤️
Kamayel went to the junior class at the dog shows in December 2023 and all his magic unfolded. He won the title of Slovakian Junior Champion, with two Best in Group Junior wins and winning the prestigious BEST IN SHOW Junior 1st and 2nd place at two international dog shows. What's more, Kamayel achieved the unimaginable! He became TOP SHOW Saluki 2023 (male) in Czech Saluki Club at the age of only 9 months. ❤️
Jasmine Al Zahra, now 2 years old, won 1st place in TOP SHOW Saluki 2023 (female). Her journey included winning the Czech Champion title at the age of 19 months, accompanied by a remarkable Best in Group win. Both Jasmine and her brother Jawad also started some new championships in other countries and Jawad additionally won his class at the European Dog Show and proudly finished the year as Slovenian Champion and sired his first litter in Japan. ❤️
The cream duo Jawad and Jasmine also triumphed four times as best pair of the show! They also did well on the sporting field, and it was at the coursing where they started their licensing exams. ❤️
Innocence Al Zahra won the National Winner title twice, Inaya Al Zahra completed her Polish Champion title and Hunter Al Zahra won the 2023 Club Winner title (for the second time in a row). Khashayar Al Zahra at Fleetwind and Kalaam Al Zahra had notable placings in the BEST IN SHOW Puppy competitions. ❤️
Their sister, Kadriya Al Zahra, won Best Movement of all show entries at just 6 months of age. ❤️
With these amazing moments behind us, we eagerly await the adventures that 2024 will bring for our beloved Salukis. Here's to another year of joy, success and gratifying connections. ❤️
